Evin Planto has over three decades of telecommunication experience in the design, implementation and operations of large commercial and military communication infrastructures. His international experience extends from Silicon Valley to Southwest Asia. As President of IZ Technologies he has overseen the implementation of large scale video information systems, Global System for Mobile Communications (GSM) networks, geo-spatial information systems and governmental eBusiness solutions, as well as spectrum management, governmental regulatory infrastructure and policy development. He is an expert at analyzing project requirements; working with clients to set achievable targets, objectives and expectations; and developing and deploying winning teams to ensure success. Mr. Planto is a retired Army Signal Corps officer and a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).

Paul Atwell has nearly 30 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry, the last 18 of which have been focused on video transport.  Currently, he is a consultant focusing on providing complete, tailored solutions to clients who have content that requires transport between locations. He handles all aspects of project management, including carrier selection, contract negotiation, provisioning, and circuit deployment.  He also makes recommendations regarding hardware, equipment purchase, configuration, documentation, training, commissioning and handover.

Marty Morell has over 25 years’ experience in telecom and ICT, particularly in emerging and developing economies. He is extensively familiar with telecom transmission and switching infrastructures and with planning, procurement and implementation of telecom/ICT networks and systems, and has managed large-scale multi-disciplinary, multi-million-dollar projects of international scope. He is also expert in  policy and regulatory matters, and has advised policy and regulatory bodies on technical issues in a number of countries worldwide. His extensive overseas work experience covers more than 40 countries, and includes assignments in the Caribbean and Central and South America (Honduras, El Salvador, Colombia, Costa Rica, Panama, Ecuador, Chile, Peru, Brazil). He has native-level fluency in Spanish.

Osvaldo Cardenas held numerous high-level positions in the Government of Cuba, including a posting as Ambassador to Suriname, as well as professorships in key Cuban academic institutions. Since 1994 he has resided in Jamaica, where he founded a company to conduct business in Cuba and to develop commercial relationships in Cuba and elsewhere in the Caribbean.  He also acts as a business consultant for international enterprises interested in developing business in the region. He is fluent in English and French as well as Spanish.

Gary is Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) and has significant experience in specialized accounting situations including bankruptcy and guardianship accounting, and has prepared all types of tax returns including corporate, partnership, fiduciary, estate and individual income tax returns in bankruptcy and non-bankruptcy settings. Earlier, Gary worked as an attorney in private practice as well as for the Fourth District Court of Appeal and the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit Court, performing legal research, preparing bench memoranda and advising on rulings.

Additionally, over the past five years Carlos has dealt with complex issues related to disaster mitigation, emergency medical field operations and telemedicine. He is fully bilingual in Spanish and English.

In 2014, Ms Salazar launched Media Disrupters, a technology-driven media company that develops, designs, produces and distributes content for today’s tech-savvy US and worldwide audiences across media platforms. In 2013 she worked with Cirque Du Soleil on their first ever Competition Reality Show. In 2012, she helped launch a new premium YouTube channel (123UnoDosTres) under the Google/YouTube initiative. As the General Manager, she was in charge of the development, production and programming of the channel and channel content. Mrs. Salazar is fluent in Spanish.

David Raynes has been in the TV broadcast industry for over 40 years.  Following an initial stint at New Hampshire Public Television, he became a sales engineer with an integration company.  In that capacity, he built several production facilities throughout the New England area.  Additionally, he was engaged internationally as a Technical Manager for six Olympics, four Goodwill Games, the Pan American Games, several Super Bowls, World Cup Soccer and World Series Baseball. In 2005 he and his son Brian established Little Bay Broadcast Services.  Together they have built many large and small Outside Broadcast trucks, control rooms, and TV stations.  They also provide support to various sports networks and professional stadiums.
